We really enjoyed our stay, staff was welcoming, rooms very clean, bountiful selection of items for breakfast and dinner buffets. Highly recommend the hotel, exceptional value!

Smell of sewage for 2 days, reported in the first hours and they did nothing. Also had horrible Wi-Fi and also intentionally turned off cooling function of AC without any notice, so had to sleep with sewage smell, hot and in a terrible sofa bed. Unforgivable stay, won’t recommend to an enemy!

Everything about our stay at the Eurostar Hotel was outstanding. Room was 5 Star Hotel was 5 Star Staff were 5 Star Breakfast was 4 Star On the day that we arrived at about 11:00, our room was ready. We found a great spot for breakfast about a 7 minute walk. Churros, a nice toastie, and 2 coffees for under 9 euros. We will be back next year but we will not take the hotel breakfast option. Thank You

A bit disappoined.
I was disappointed that this 4* hotel did not have a functioning bar or cafe, despite being advertised with such. The staff told me that the bar was only seasonal and the cafe only open for breakfast; so actually not a cafe, just a breakfast room. The room was far too hot (25C) and I was told that the communal system had been switched to winter mode i.e. you can't cool the room below 25C other than opening the window. On the second night we were woken at 02.00 by noisy talking and laughter coming from the internal courtyard so I put my head out the window and mad a "ssshhh" noise toward the couple in the room opposte (411) only to be laughed at. I closed the window but within 30 minutes it was far to hot and on going to open the window again was surprised to see two prostitutes in room 411 with a guest, with windows open and lights on, having sex! Not something you expect to see from a 4* hotel, I'm guessing the guest sneeked the prostitutes past reception after midnight! While the bed was comfortable, the pillows were high and hard so not conducive to a good nights sleep but I do appreciate that pillows are a very personal choice. The location is in an excellent location and the staff were very helpful, on complaining about the heat we were offered to move but with only one night remaining we declined and instead asked for a fan, which was provided on the second request. It was still a good hotel to stay in despite the points raised.

This hotel is very nice and the staff were incredible. While parking, my trunk fell in my head and I walked in hurt. They were very concerned and got me ice right away. They asked if I was ok each time they saw me. It was beautiful and right in the middle of everything. It was a little hard to get to but super worth it.

Well situated hotel with nice rooms
This hotel is very nice and well situated in Granada. The front desk was nice and accommodating. One of the elevators didn’t work and it was a bit difficult to get to our room with our bags. The room was very nice and the two bathrooms helped a lot. Even if it meant the rest was cramped. The breakfast was fine. The rooftop bar was cool and the views stunning. The bartender was very nice but not very good at making cocktails. The centro area of Granada has a bunch of stuff and the city is very walkable from hotel and taxis pick you up right in front of hotel.

Without doubt the best hotel we stayed in during our holiday. From the staff on reception to the bed all were excellent. The gift was excellent and restored our faith in Spanish hotel hospitality! The hotel is well situated for exploring Granada and for finding good Tapas bars.
