ecoSmart Apartments Superior

The ecoSmart apartments are the only ones in the center of Granada that have a swimming pool, a terrace with views and a private parking (€ 20 / day). They are completely new constructed with the latest technologies. You will have the Gran Vía just 500 meters away as well as the Alhambra. Despite being in the center of Granada you will not feel any noise since we are located in a very quiet neighborhood and we also have the best possible insulation such as triple glass windows.

  • I walked all the way up to find these gardens without really knowing what to expect, but I absolutely loved them! It's said that poet Frederico García Lorca spent quite a bit of time here. There's a grand house surrounded by multiple gardens and fountains. 🌴⛲️🍊It's a rather peaceful spot with overlooks of the city and surprises around every corner. There are plaques displaying local Spanish poetry throughout, and I even found a gang of peacocks wandering around! Definitely plan to spend a lot of time here. Update: there is also a hidden lake with a mini castle on an island in the middle, as well as ducks... 🦆

wonderful apartment and owner

This apartment was wonderfully furnished and equipped in a terrific location. All features of the apartment were described in great detail in the instruction manual. Hans is an incredible host and was always available if we had questions or needed any additional supplies.
