"Excellent service Clean room Friendly staff "

"Our whole stay was a dream. The hotel is well kept, spotless, and in excellent condition. Communication was clear and easy from start to finish. The only small hiccup was that our Uber driver had trouble finding the place, but otherwise it was as perfect as it gets. We'd definitely stay here again!"

"Great location, great hotel, great breakfast and above all, great staff"

"Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast and lovely rooms with location close to attractions"

"There was nothing in the room except for the bare minimum. Towels and a shower kit. No kettle or glasses/cups. No cutlery. If I was looking for more than somewhere to sleep then this would have disappointed me. Shame I couldn’t make myself a coffee this morning."

"Clean room, nice location👍"

"Excellent hotel. Conveniently located, clean, quiet and very good breakfast."

"Very clean, and breakfast was very good"

"Great location, room was clean and priced well for what it was. Parking included."

"Hotel staff were extremely helpful. We arrived just before sunset - the sat nav got us there perfectly and there was free parking. Would suggest getting there before sunset there are windy roads and to enjoy the lovely view. Come well equipped as this is off the beaten path."

"Great place for a one-night stopover. Staff were super helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Nice, central location too."

"Hosts were great and individual apartments were very nice. The area within the walls of the apartments was beautiful and relaxing!"

"Parking, shop around clean rooms"

"Very friendly staff and comfortable stay"

"Not very bad, you can afford staying one or two nights at max."

"It was an excellent hotel."

"We loved our stay here! Huge apartment, great location, great price, and very comfortable!"

"Location is superb, wonderful staff , very helpful."

"The room was very clean and spacious, the staff was very helpful, pool was cold but refreshing, and the breakfast buffet was decent. If you are a tourist in Granada, this hotel is a bit off the center, so you will need to walk for 15 to 20 minutes to get to the city centre. Walking in Granada is very easy, so the travels back-and-forth are very enjoyable."

"The property has been lovingly restored and furnished to a high standard. We stayed in the Italian room. The little coffee shop downstairs was gorgeous, as well as the pastries. The staff were so friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Location was perfect! I would highly recommend Casa Palacete 1822 if you are visiting Granada. A true ‘boutique’ hotel and we would definitely stay here again if we ever came back to Granada!"
