In Grainet, the holiday flat Ferienwohnung Grabmeier - Nummer 1 with stepless access and interior design offers an excellent view of the mountains. The 85 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Facilities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV.

This holiday flat offers a private outdoor area with garden, open and covered terrace. A sauna is also available and can be used on request.

The apartment is situated 10 km from a national park, 15 km from the Czech and Austrian borders, and 40 km from Passau. There is a ski slope 1.5 km away, and shopping facilities, restaurants, numerous hiking and biking trails, and public transport links are close to the property. Bike and ski rentals are found in Waldkirchen.

Absolut ruhige Lage mit Blick auf Wiesen und Wälder. So gerne hätten wir spontan noch ein paar Tage dran gehängt, wenn es die Arbeit zugelassen hätte. Pros: Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Ausstattung (Wintergarten/Fussbodenheizung/neue Küche). Genügend Platz für drei oder mehr Personen). Der direkte Zugang zur Sauna kam uns bei dem leider nicht so schönen Wetter sehr gelegen. Ideal auch mit Hund, da Lage am Ortsrand und man sofort in der Natur spazieren oder wandern kann. Sehr ruhig und tolle Aussicht. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (direkt vor Ort im Dorfladen) oder 9 km weiter größere Lebensmittelgeschäfte). Sehr freundliche und angenehme Gastgeberin, die den tollen Aufenthalt abgerundet hat. Kommen sehr gerne wieder. Familie Geiger/ Zöllner aus Heimertingen bzw Stuttgart.
