    Our freshly renovated apartment features a comfortable bathroom with shower and WC, a bedroom with seating area, and a single kitchen. The kitchen includes 2 ceramic hobs, air fryer, kettle, toaster, fridge, and a coffee machine (available on request). Free Wi-Fi and streaming TV are provided for relaxing evenings.



    Children up to 3 years stay free in the parents’ bed; a baby cot is available on request.



    A special highlight is the covered balcony with stunning mountain views, perfect for starting or ending your day.

    Welcome to Ferienwohnungen Bondik at the upper village square, your retreat in the heart of Grainau. The 3 apartments combine traditional alpine comfort with modern amenities. Each 50 sqm apartment features a living area, sunny balcony, and views overlooking the surrounding mountains.



    The central location at the upper village square makes this accommodation an ideal starting point for hiking, skiing, or relaxing hours at Eibsee. A tennis court is located within a 15-minute walking distance.
