Wash & put away all cooking appliances/pans, utensils & dishware. Clean out your refrigerator items.
Strip beds: ONLY the linens (sheets, pillowcases, NOT blankets or comforters) & place in front of washing machine. Start 1st load of sheets (no more than 2 full bed sets of linens) on QUICK cycle.
Turn off all electrical items and lights. Reset all heating and air conditioning to 73 F. Replace hot tub cover. Lock front door by pressing lock icon. Message host when leaving for the last time.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Pool/ hot tub: “No lifeguard on duty;” guests assume all risks. No one under the age of 16 may swim alone. Security: lock doors/windows when leaving
Staying beyond 11 AM incurs additional fees: $50 for 1st hour; 1 to 3 hours are the full daily rate. Past 1 PM is considered trespassing.
Exterior cameras record audio/video. Indoor sensors detect smoke, smoking, gas, and CO₂. Do not disable, cover, damage, or interfere with devices.
