Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Checkout Procedures Gather used towels and place in the clothes hampers provided in each bathroom. Leave the beds unmade.

Make sure all trash cans have been emptied. Place all closed trash bags in the garage. Remember to clean out the refrigerator. Please rinse and place all used dishes in the dishwasher, and start it.

Turn off all electrical items, i.e. coffee pot and turn off the lights. When leaving, make sure the patio door is locked. Exit the front door and enter the code on the keypad to lock it.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
