Best For July 1-4 Overflow

Smallest 2 bedroom VRBO cabin on the lake because it is simply 2 large rooms with an adjoining Jack and Jill bathroom (Both rooms share 1 bathroom). No kitchen. If this is OK, please read on 😅😎👍

- Great for boating, fishing, and local events with overnight stays
- Plenty of private space to park your boat trailer, SUV, and RV just outside your door.
- Great place for a getaway, girls trip, fishing trip or a baseball tournament at Rocker B
- Perfect Location: Services within 1 mile (Grocery, SnoCones, Pizza, Pubs, Restaurants, Parks, Hike|Bike Trails)
- High Speed internet and Dish included (2 TV’s)
- Ideally located on peninsula between two nearby public boat ramps accessing both sides of lake.

VRBO for those who want a simple, super clean place and don’t need to cook, nor want to cook.
• No kitchen, but there’s a charcoal barbeque + mini fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker in suite
• Not lakefront
• From July 1-8, no lakefront or boat dock access will be available. This is already exclusively reserved for private adjacent lakehouse guests.

Size Considerations:
• 👍👍😎Perfect for a single, a couple, or for a couple + 2 children maximum
• 🫣😐😬No More than 2 *adult* and two children from July 1-4 or risk losing $400 deposit (septic system constraints, for all adjacent properties at maximum capacity). Please do not overstuff this VRBO.

Parking: Property allows for up to 2 vehicles max between July 1-4, 2025. Spots will be reserved. Their will not be any availability for any trailer parking.

Property is located behind an adjacent lake front home with no view.

**Please note that the price is higher for the next few days related to the July 4 holiday and festivities. This is because these bookings will require same day turnaround by manager and housekeeping crew to work of the 4th of July. To help offset, any guest booking July 1-4 and who stay in good standing on those nights will receive a 30% host|owner discount off of the published VRBO nightly rate *for this same property* for any single future stay in 2025**

Please Note:
• Safe, serene, area with good neighbors who enjoy the peace of the lake at night.
• This is *not* a party place. Parties for anyone other than sleeping guests are strictly prohibited.
• Fireworks are strictly prohibited. If any guest is caught or identified using fireworks 🎇 by local authorities, neighbors outdoor security cameras, or noise decibel detectors, guests will be asked to leave (evicted immediately), and security deposit refund will be legally withheld. Please don’t risk fire damage and/or loss of property or injury.

Security Camera (may be deactivated upon request):
- For the protection of the property, an exterior camera may be active during your stay. The camera is a motion activated camera located away from the VRBO and near to the Lakehouse entry at the top of the steps. When camera is activated, it transmits and records (this may be deactivated before your visit upon request).
