"Great stay during a roadtrip!"

"Convenient, Just off the motorway. Restaurant next door. Olga was extremely helpful and friendly"

"Fabulous property"

"The quaintness of staying on a working farm in Umbria made the stay memorable. The accommodations were simple yet perfect. The owner and his family were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Dinner was fantastic and very reasonable. The experience was wonderful and I would recommend it for those that want to experience Umbrian life."

"The hotel shows some aging, but the staff is super helpful and kind. Delicious breakfast with local salami and cheese."

"Very good place to stay"

"Our host was very king and gave us tips to visit other cities"

"Fantastic short stay at Lyfe, Umbria. Anna and her husband could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The property is fantastic - perfect for those seeking out sone peace and quiet. The room was perfect, clean and tidy with all the facilities you would want. The property also has a lovely pool area. I really can't recommend it enough - I'm already planning when to return next year!"

"Beautiful town "

"La struttura era molto bella, mi è piaciuta la camera grande, non mi è piaciuta l’attesa per il check-in"

"excellent stay!"

"Beautiful property with old world charm. Good amenities. Wonderful rural Tuscan setting. Very Italian breakfast with dolci. "

"Excellent stay. Clean, comfy and great location."

"The location is perfect and the ground reminded me of a Secret Garden, beautiful and lush. The inside was clean, luxurious and rustic. We loved it, breakfast and dining area was clean and cute. We will be recommending to our family to stay here! Absolutely enchanting!"

"Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good parking. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the train station where you can take the cable car up to the old city. Best if you have a car since there is free parking below the train station and you’ll need to take the cable car into the old city. Breakfast is fair and available daily. Sound travels from the hallway as well as the street below, esp if you have your window open. AC is in the room but seemed to be hard to modify and the room stayed warm....

"Beautiful property, very nice hosts"

"Another of those wonderful restaurants that happens to have B&B type hotel rooms. Beautiful location, great food and lovely staff! Recommended."

"The venue is beautiful we stopped there on a road trip from Almafi coast to Tuscany. Would definitely go back and stay again. "

"Ilaria at front desk was outstanding in assisting us"

"Gorgeous view of town of Orvieto, a lovely pool and hot tub, and beautiful grounds. Nice breakfast too."
