From the very first minute, Alessio was an incredibly friendly and welcoming host. As soon as we booked the apartment, he contacted me immediately and provided all the information we needed for our stay. His communication was excellent, and he was always quick to answer any questions we had, which made our arrival completely stress-free.My wife and I arrived a little earlier than the official check-in time because we wanted to explore the town. Since my wife is pregnant, she was quite exhausted after the journey, so we asked Alessio if an early check-in would be possible. Without hesitation, he kindly allowed us to enter the apartment earlier, free of charge. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture.The apartment itself was spotless and exactly as described. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. There were two TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), air conditioning that worked flawlessly, a ceiling fan in the bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed, and a lovely balcony where we could relax. The apartment is located on the third floor, which was clearly mentioned in the listing, so there were no surprises.One of the biggest advantages was the private parking space inside the property. Our car was parked safely in the shade under a tree, which was a huge bonus, especially during the hot summer days.We highly recommend both this apartment and Alessio as a host.
