"Beginnend mit dem Kontakt zu Maurizio war es ein gelungener Urlaub mit einem Makel; es war zu heiß. Aber dafür kann Maurizio wirklich nicht. Teilweise konnten wir die Hitze durch die beiden hervorragenden Terrassen, von denen eine immer im Schatten lag, kompensieren.Das Haus wirkte neu eingerichtet, ein modernes Bad, eine gut einstellbare Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und vor allem ganz viel Stauraum. Im Ort befinden sich genügend Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt."

"The hotel is centrally located close to all sights by foot. The room was comfortable and modern, the bathroom well equipped. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice. The hotel was everything that you would want, but in particular the staff were welcoming and friendly, including reception and in particular the breakfast team. I would definitely stay here again."

"This is my go-to hotel in Grado. It is modern and clean and more comparable to international hotel standards than most hotels. It's walking distance to the old town. If you get a room on the side of the laguna, you have kind of a cute view of Italian boats. There are a few things I wish the hotel did differently. The AC could go a little bit lower as in some rooms, it doesn't quite get the job done (although it is OK, especially for an Italian hotel). I with the hotel had a pool. Or at least, I wish the hotel had more shaded seating on the roof-top terrasse. Without any sun protection, it is just too hot to sit up there, which pretty much nullifies that they even have that. And I am just not going to use the small indoor pool. I guess perhaps that makes more sense in the winter, but I have only visited in the summer. I like the breakfast they offer. The staff has always been great. And when in Italy, you generally have the problem that the hotel standard isn't close to international hotel standards. I like visiting Grado for a few days, as the old town is just incredible. But for the longest time, not having an adequate hotel was a downer to me, especially compared to many of the international locations I go to. But this hotel has become my favorite. It's obviously not a 5-star experience, but it isn't claiming to be. And the price is more than fair. I'd recommend it, unless you expect a pool."
