"Our flight was delayed, but staff gave us great welcome and upgraded our room for free. Room was clean and excellent view. Breakfast was amazing. I will definitely will be back and refer this hotel to my friends and family."

"Information about checking in was poor. We arrived around 7pm thinking we would get a key from the desk - but the desk closed at 1 and you needed a code to get in. Fortunately a resident gave us the code and showed us the lockbox where our key was waiting in an envelope. We photographed our passports ..."
