They must scam the rating system, because they are over 4 stars, was lazy and booked based on that, later saw the reviews and regretted. Booked two nights but left after one. "During our stay the air conditioner in our room started dripping around the time we went to sleep. It dripped all night, which made for a very poor night’s sleep. We put towels down to catch the water and were very concerned about slipping on the bathroom floor in the middle of the night. When reported to hotel staff in the morning they did not seem surprised and offered no compensation for the inconvenience which was disappointing."
