Die Wohnung hat eine traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer/Strand. Sie ist neu renoviert und sehr modern eingerichtet. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die gesamte Bucht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. In Podaca gibt es ein kleines Geschäft und einige gute Restaurants die sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind.
