"Clean property, as described. Comfortable and close to caves in the area. I was disappointed to not have the expertise of the owner as many had mentioned in reviews that he was helpful, but he was out of town while I was there. Fridge was handy and we brought our own coffeemaker and frother from home. "

"Marmaduke house it super comfy and very well equipped with all you may need as if you were at home. Tremendous view to the sea. Tony was really nice and quick to approach and receive a reply, very friendly and helpful. Definitely a place I'd return when visiting Gracetown again."

"Very well stocked kitchen and clean, beautifully presented property. There was clear instructions before arrival and contact from management company on several occasions prior to stay. There was however a lot of rules and there are a lot of labels at the property with some of these rules. As an adult it felt kind of uncomfortable to have these spelt out. I had to provide drivers license and the names of the people staying despite booking through Stayz and having great reviews from previous stays booked on the site. I was warned any damage would be charged to credit card provided and was also charged 2% credit card fee on top of the booking fee that was not stated before proceeding with the booking. Minor things but it seemed over the top. The beds were comfortable and the property well presented. Cushions for the seats outside and the dining chairs replaced would be great. Dining chairs bottomed out and also the fan downstairs echoes into the bedroom upstairs making it hard to sleep. The view is amazing and the property is a beautiful place to rest, recharge and enjoy the company of friends. Would recommend if those few things were improved and only one reminder of the rules. Also only allowed 4 cars at the property. Not mentioned before booking and not a problem for us but given it sleeps 8 it could be for others. "

"The place was an older but well renovated property at the top of town. Some parts were a bit tiered and not the cleanest, but overall a lovely place with 4 bedrooms, a wonderfully stocked working kitchen and a balcony overlooking the ocean. Lovely for sunsets and late dinner chats!"

"Superb location and truly amazing views. Bonus that kitchen looks directly over the bay too. Bed comfortable, sofa bed on balcony a big plus. Shower upstairs a bit underpowered but maybe to be expected with the water restrictions in Gracetown. Overall a great stay. Thanks"
