Located just 350 metres from Rhododendron Park and 600 metres from the beach, this cosy, modern, and family-friendly 5-star, 3-room apartment is on the ground floor, with approximately 88 m² of living space and a very large balcony. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It has been awarded a 5-star rating by the German Tourism Association. Two separate bedrooms and a 1.60 x 2.00 m sofa bed provide ample space for guests. The apartment features an infrared sauna and a washing machine, and two 26-inch bicycles are also available to you free of charge. Conveniently located in front of the property is a free parking space (No. 16). Wi-Fi is also available free of charge.

The final cleaning fee includes a starter pack* and utilities.
*Starter pack: 2–3 dishwasher tablets (Fit brand if available), 1 trash bag, tea towel, dishcloth, shower mat, 1–2 rolls of toilet paper. Please note that you are responsible for restocking these items yourself during your stay.
