"Stayed for 6 nights 11-16 September 2025. Overall extremely pleased. Excellent location in Malsaform, right on the bay. Had a bay view room on 4th floor. Cleaned daily, all staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and do the job. Breakfast was buffet style and lots of choice."

"We had a truly memorable stay at this beautiful 5-star hotel and spa. The setting is idyllic, with a perfect balance of tranquility and access to local attractions. It’s an ideal location for both relaxation and exploration. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, professional, and eager to help. The spa is a particular highlight. Peaceful, beautifully maintained, and a real haven for relaxation. Our room was elegant, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with lovely amenities and attention to detail. The only slight drawback was the comfort of the bed. While the bedding itself was high quality, the plastic mattress protector underneath was a bit noticeable and detracted slightly from what we had expected to be a completely plush, seamless sleeping experience. Service by the pool, while friendly, was also a little slower than expected for a hotel of this caliber. It wasn’t a major issue, but there were a few delays in ordering and receiving drinks, which stood out only because everything else was so smooth and efficient throughout the hotel. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. With just a few small improvements, this would be a flawless luxury escape."

We loved our stay in Gozo, I regret not staying here for longer because we didn't manage to see everything we wanted to. Free parking if you have a car which I recommend to see more of the area. "I had another enjoyable stay bringing back good memories of previous visits. Just sad the pool was closed off for repair. Also they have still not put a holding rail to the wall for when in shower."
