"This is a good apartment, and we would use again. Living area is quite spacious, kitchen area has everything you need if you want to self cater. Bedroom is decent size with very large bed, which is comfortable. Bathroom is fine, walk in shower which is good. The apartment is 2 mins from beach, and 10 mins from Mumbles [Newton Road]. Coast path is good, and lovely walk both ways. 25 mins to Rok restaurant on the coast path, which is well, worth a visit. Position is perfect, but of course you do pay a premium for it. View is great to Rotherslade beach. Balcony is not an attractive feature, 90's design possibly?, just a brick wall which is a little too high. Looks like owners cannot do anything with them as all the same. Ok to sit out and get some afternoon sun though. Parking also big positive."

"This was a great house, in such a quite area. the house was immaculate, fully equipped for my visit. very cosy feel, much better than a hotel. when I'm in the area again for work i will definitely stay again."
