Well appointed, clean, high-end, beautiful brand new waterfront home with a large designer swimming pool that wraps around the house. House sits on almost 200 linear feet of Caribbean frontage in top location close to everything. Beautiful foliage, flowers, fruit and vegetable trees on property. Depending on the time of year, you might find pumpkins, chives, potatoes, 2 types of melons, green peppers, cabbage, tomatoes, and hot peppers in our garden.

All high-end finishes including granite, stainless steel, natural cypress finishes, beautiful European tile inside and out, and unparalleled views which include the historic capital of Cupid's Cay. Excellent snorkeling, fishing and cliff jumping right at the waterfront and two outdoor showers.

Some features include a Weber propane barbeque, propane stove, Wii for kids (and adults!) 3 kayaks, a SUP, beachware including floats, beach chairs and much more!

A private work area with a desk and office chair and high speed internet/WIFI make it ideal for a Flex-cation for anyone that needs to work remotely from the island.

Home has city water with backup reserve tank for when the water plant cuts off water (happens often). Also a generator for any longer power outages which is another frequent occurrence on the island.

You will be hard pressed to find a better located home with so many amenities on the island. The Friday night Fish fry, 1648 restaurant and French Leaves marina, Sky Beach club, all top restaurants, and some of the islands best beaches on both the Atlantic and Caribbean sides of the island just minutes away. Home is located on a private cul-de-sac on the Caribbean in "Lover's Hill" a peaceful authentic Bahamian neighborhood. Waterfront has many beautiful coral reefs for snorkeling (2 snorkeling sets are provided), great fishing and easy cliff jumping (at your own risk).

Our family of 5 stayed at Deborah’s home for a week in February. This was our first visit to Eleuthera and will definitely not be our last. The house was in a great, central location, perfect for day trips to anywhere on the island. The property is equipped with everything you need, including all the necessary equipment for beach excursions and other adventures. Deborah’s island guide and tips were incredibly helpful. We rented a car from the property manager, Romell, who was fantastic to work with and very responsive. The cliff jumping and snorkeling right from the property was amazing. We are already planning a return trip in 2026.

Property was a perfect home base for our week in Eleuthera! Spacious for our family of 4 and felt very private. Central location close to GH and convenient to restaurants, beaches and retail. Multiple power outages during our week and appreciated the generator for backup. Would consider again if our travels bring us back to the area!

This place and the island in general was great. House was well equipped, the setting is stunning. We had a few questions and the host answered as soon as we called. We visited in the off season, so there was a little planning needed around meals (many restaraunts were closed). Eleuthera requires some planning and is not really a “resort environment”, but for those that like to do their own planning, the island is awesome and has natural wonders everywhere. This house did not disappoint, we hope to come back.

We had an incredible two-week stay at this home with our group of three couples. The attention to detail and care put into every aspect of this property made it stand out as one of the best vacation rentals we’ve experienced.The communication with the host was responsive, clear, and thoughtful. It was evident they truly care about their guests' experience, and everything about the home reflected this. The outdoor amenities were a huge highlight for us. Unlike many other rentals, this property went above and beyond with thoughtful extras like boogie boards, pool toys, kayaks, snorkeling gear, and a stand-up paddleboard. These touches added so much fun to our days. The pool itself was a favorite hangout spot, and the outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing or soaking up the beauty of the location.The home is in a very convenient location on the quieter side of the island with easy access to everything you need. We had no trouble finding groceries, supplies, and great local restaurants. One of the best parts of our stay was meeting friendly locals who were welcoming. The island offers access to many incredible sandy beaches, all within a 10-20 minute drive. Some roads are rough, but the island is working to improve them.If you’re looking for a vacation rental that combines hospitality, attention to detail, outdoor amenities, and a peaceful yet convenient location, this is the one. We highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time at Cupid’s Way. It’s a beautiful place with an ideal location. My grandsons enjoyed the Wii, in the evenings while we played games. They absolutely loved swimming in the pool! It was like being at our own private resort!

My family including my wife, daughter with son-in-law, daughter with fiancé, and 17 year-old son loved our stay at this home. Snorkeling behind the home was outstanding. We fished the area around the home from the rocks and caught grouper, snapper, and hard tails. The pool was fantastic to have in the afternoons for rest, relaxation and family gathering. Governors Harbor was close by but you will definitely want to rent a car for your stay to have access to explore the island. This house is well appointed. Plenty of towels and seemed to have everything we needed. The views are beautiful and the snorkeling just outside the back yard was also amazing. We also did a boat/snorkel excursion that has the more incredible snorkeling I’ve ever seen. Romell is the caretaker and is very responsive. I recommend connecting with him on WhatsApp before you arrive. We also rented a car from him which I also recommend. We didn’t cook but it appeared the kitchen had everything you might need. There were spices and such in the cabinet as well and a wine opener. If you drink wine I’d recommend you bring some of your own. The pool was great and there were floaties to use (we left a couple as well). There are restaurants nearby and groceries available nearby as well. Overall I would recommend this house!

The pictures do not do this property justice. My wife and I had all kinds of plans to explore the island during our stay and we ended up just staying at the house the entire time. If you’ve been thinking about booking here, just do it!! You won’t regret it. Romell and Deborah were fantastic throughout the entire stay.

The house is as advertised. It is not large, but is very efficient with the space it provides. Everything worked, and was very enjoyable. Also, the pool did not appear to be very big in the photos, but it was much larger in person. we also enjoyed, jumping off the cliff during high tide only and otherwise enjoyed the area. Certainly would’ve enjoyed warmer weather, but that’s not on the host, for sure. I highly recommend this property.

Eleuthera proved to be more magical than we thought possible. The beaches, the people, the wandering down bumpy roads all lead to bliss. The home was beautiful & just as beautiful as described! First time In Bahamas. This property and our host Deborah (who happened to be on island at the same time) were outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. Amenities are as described and having a generator was a nice sense of security. Location makes it very easy to get into Gov Harbor for restaurants or essentials. French leave beach (5-10 min by car) or just hanging out at house pool made for a very relaxing week. Nothing better than breakfast at the picnic table or evening frozen cocktails watching the sunset. As we plan our next trip to the Bahamas it’s hard to imagine a better option.
