O quarto estava limpinho , a equipe bem atenciosa e gentil. Só uma dica , poderiam colocar um virol para cobrir , a cidade é muito quente e mesmo com ar condicionado acho que só a coberta fica um pouco desconfortável.No meu caso levei um virol pois tinha visto um comentário de outro hóspede.

Quarto limpo, funcionários educados e atenciosos. A única coisa que tenho para reclamar é que como a reserva foi feita para casal tinha apenas 01 toalha de banho no quarto, mas solicitei outra toalha e mais travesseiro e fui atendida.

No check-in, no dia 22/03/2025, por volta das 15h30, após ter sido redirecionado para outro quarto para uma melhor acomodação, fui tratado de forma rude e grosseira por uma funcionária, aparentemente da equipe de limpeza. Ela nos questionou, meu namorado e eu, de maneira desrespeitosa, insinuando se havíamos "feito bagunça" no primeiro quarto, no qual sequer permanecemos por dois minutos e nem chegamos a ficar com a chave. Diante dessa falta de educação e profissionalismo, não retornarei a este hotel.

Confortável, mas enrrolado

O hotel é confortável, o quarto estava limpo apesar da área em comum ter deixado a desejar. A principal reclamação foi quanto a nota fiscal da hospedagem, como fui a trabalho precisava da nota fiscal e precisei ficar implorando para eles me mandarem a nota fiscal (eu pedi quando cheguei a nota fiscal, falaram que iriam me entregar no check out, depois falaram que mandariam pelo whats app e nada).
