Such a great hotel! Perfect central location, cute shops nearby, really great breakfast options and super comfy rooms. The staff were very helpful in arranging taxis for us, extending our check out time and storing our luggage for us before our flight. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I were to revisit Barcelona! The only negative was the rooms were hot and the air conditioning never took the room below 21 degrees, but maybe the air conditioners are adapted in summer months.

Good location, easy walk from Aerobus (if you don’t get lost) & Jaume 1 Metro. Small, but recently refurbished, clean bedroom with 2 Juliet balconies & comfortable beds. Was pleased to find phone charger points as had forgotten adapter plug! Great shower. Good plentiful breakfast choices - cooked food could have been hotter. Pleasant staff in reception, restaurant & housekeeping. Although a kettle is not provided in the room, there is a vending machine for drinks & snacks in reception. Some outside noise at night, but probably to be expected in this area. Overall very happy with our choice of hotel.

Recently refurbished, room was clean and fresh with excellent shower. Only thing that let it down was no tea/coffee making facility or bottled water in the room (there is a vending machine in reception) and climate control was set to heating and not aircon, We were visiting mid March but being from the UK it would of still been nice to cool the room down even though people from warmer climates would think this is cold. If we were to book again we would pay the extra for a balcony room as the room had a small window and totally enclosed but that is the nature of the buildings in this area Location was fantastic for the Gothic quarter with easy access to the bars and restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.

Pros: right in the middle of the gothic quarter with easy access to the restaurants, la Rambla, Barcelona Cathedral and many more spots. The hotel will call you a pick up taxi in front of it and it’s centrally located. Our room was clean and practical. Cons: Rooms are a bit on the small side but for the price it’s proportionally understandable. AC is shut off in the spring months so the hotel expects you to crack the window open which is a must do to cool it off. Luckily the temps during the night and day allows for a quick cool but if it’s hot and muggy it would have been uncomfortable. All in all, I’d stay back given the right conditions (price, temperature, time of year)

We had a very short stay - but the hotel is conveniently located. Small room with a street view mini-balcony. We walked to the Picasso museum, stopped in for churros and chocolate, gelato, paella and tapas all within a few minutes walk. Hotel staff was super good about arranging the taxi for us even though we had to leave at 3:00 AM.

We were disappointed. The room didn't look like the pictures they posted online. The room had the smell of bug spray. The bathroom was ok. Fortunately we only stayed 2 nights. It was a good location.

The employees are so great and respectful. They don’t know anything about my experienced working with leisure's hotels and resorts at all so I can say they are excellent , excellent. Property condition is always room for improvement but very little in the property almost nothing. wall paper a little bit damage almost I. Front of my room. Overall maintenance and conditions are way higher than expected.

I love that the property is in a lively area walking distance to most places shopping everything bus to the airports or train everything is minutes away i would encourage anyone who want to stay in the center of everything to stay at Rialto hotel it clean and beautiful

Nice hotel in Gothic Quarter close to many attractions and restaurants. Nice size room with large bathroom. Room could have used a bit more cleaning but was great for a short trip to Barcelona.

We really enjoyed our 4 nights at Hotel Rialto. The lobby had a bit of a nasty odor but the room smelled fine and everywhere on property was very clean. We had breakfast on property 2 mornings and the food was all tasty, nice variety, with juice, water, and espresso machines- not included but still better value than eating out at restaurants. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Right in the Gothic Quarter so a bit noisy but wasn't an issue for us. We really enjoyed having a balcony to people watch and let cool air in the room. Would definitely stay again.

Great central location for shopping around Placa de Catalunya and Le Rambla. Very convenient for Metro and Aerobus making travel to and from airport easy. Lovely inviting staff as we arrived, toom was gorgeous and couldn’t hear anything from any other rooms or the street. Street was busy in the day and very close to las Ramblas making it convenient to get around and find place to eat and do.

The free breakfast was really good with alot of options. The room was on the smaller side wich was fine and the staff was excellent. The 2 things that made it average was the smell from the bathroom was bad enough that we had to keep the door closed with the fan on. The second was the room was so hot and the AC didn't turn on so we had to sleep with the windows open and heard everyone throughout the night. Not one good night of aleep.

I was a little disappointed with our room at first, the view from our window was into a small lightwell, but luckily for us we didn't fly to Spain to stand and look out of our hotel window. The history and culture of the Gothic quarter far out weighed this minor (very minor) disappointment. We found all of the staff whether they were Reception, kitchen or room service to be very courteous and helpful

It’s a nice, clean property very close to everything. Two metro stations are within a couple minute’s walk. It’s next to Paça Jaume I which had concerts at night when I went by.

Our first time in Barcelona and Hotel Rialto is at the heart of everything that is going on, staff were very helpful and attentive and the room was perfect, the only slight thing that we would have liked was a coffee maker or kettle in the room but that apart it was a fabulous stay and we WILL return !

Positives modern, refurbished rooms that are clean 5 above average for 3*. Convenient location. Negatives significant noise from adjacent rooms - lack of sound proofing from coughing to calls, to TV, to flushing the toilet it felt like they were in your room. This cannot be just the guests. Asked to change rooms but was told that my room was a quieter one. Would not stay again. Uncomfortably hot and a/c not available in this season.
