The staff at the hotel are excellent !! Very helpful and polite. Unfortunately the room left a lot to be desired with the curtains being the wrong size for the window and the bathroom tap not working. In the day it was a little noisy due to renovations, but this will only serve to improve everything as the staff were really good!!

Decent and fairly good

Undergoing renovations (not disturbing). Decent hotell but doesn't feel luxurious. Nothing to compalin about but nothing that made it shine either. Some oddities both in design decisions in new renovation (very dark lighting woth black walls in corridor) and amenities (neither schampoo nor conditioner in the rooms). Staff where freindly and helpful. Breakfast was typical Swedish take on continental which means there where lots of options but nothing stood out as a little better or extra.

Worst place ever!

Never ever again! Horrible bed! Breakfast is a joke! No service from receptionist! How can a hotel like this still exist? Please choose another hotel if you don’t want to get your vacation destroyed!

Carrying bags up the stairs....???!!! Not fun.

When you enter the hotel you have to walk two flights of stairs with your luggage just ti reach reception. What was an aged or handicapped person to do. The elevator to your room is next to reception. But from street level to reception 2 flights of stairs. We prepaid with hotels.com, but wr had to pay on site for the parking. They dont accept cash. Knowing the stair issue I would have chosen a different hotel.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und man kann zu Fuß alles erreichen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend für zwei Nächte und hatte ein bequemes Bett. Es liegt direkt gegenüber von einem Nachtclub. Wer also Ruhe haben möchte sollte evtl. Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen oder ein anderes Hotel buchen. In dem Zimmer war es sehr warm, was aber im Winter bestimmt von Vorteil ist. In der Dusche ist etwas Schimmel in den Silikon fugen vorhanden und generell sieht das Zimmer leicht abgenutzt aus. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr klein und manchmal kann es schwierig werden sofort einen Platz zu finden. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, aber es gibt deutlich bessere Buffets. Das Hotel bietet jeden Tag ein Waffelbuffet an. Man kann sich von 16-19:30 Uhr selbst waffeln backen und mit Sahne und Erdbeermarmelade essen. Alles in allem kann man das Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte empfehlen.

Rummet var ganska litet men ändå ok storlek Skicket däremot var inget vidare. Verkade snabbt iordningställt. INTE OK Badrummet var däremot nytt men saknade duschdraperi och eluttag. Ljudnivån från gatan utanför var väldigt påtagligt. Sen är läget bra men uppväger tyvärr inte resten

God overnatning trods lidt støjende omgivelser.

Dejligt hotel som er meget centralt placeret. Der er meget smækken med døre oppe på gangen så hvis man er lydfølsom er det ikke nemt at finde ro.

Lokalt och nära hotell. Helt okej boende. Funkade för endamålet av att ha tak över huvudet. Sängarna var ändå fräscha och golvet var rent. Toaletten var mycket fräsch. Det negativa var att handdukarna luktade något så otroligt surt. Vi fick duscha och tvåla och åter igen och torka oss med våra kläder istället för att vi själva inte skulle lukta surt. Frallorna på frukosten var torra och lite sega. Äggröran var märkligt mjölig. Men var ändå okej frukost. Juicen var inte utspädd vilket uppskattades. Ganska medelmåttigt hotell, varken bu eller bä, med läget och priset så är vi ändå väldigt nöjda. Borde verkligen sätta någon dämpning på dörrarna i byggnaden för de smäller ganska hårt. Framförallt entré dörren.

Bra läge och sköna sängar, men sen var det nog inga mer plus. Ingen AC på rummen så vid högsommar rekommenderas inte detta hotell. Frukost enkel men ok. Alldeles för dyrt i jämförelse vad man får. Som turist - hyr cykel och se mer av Göteborg.

Läget var optimalt för typen av resa; Gothia Cup för den ena och promenader för den andra. Ingen städning av rummet under de fyra nätter vi sov där. Mycket enkel frukost. Väldigt dåligt wifi - fick parkoppla från mobilen istället.
