Nice hotel in good location

Hotel is conveniently located near Liseberg and the bus stop for airport. 5 minute walk into the city centre. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Reception staff very helpful.

Location was very good. Close to tram, 20 minute walk to central station, access to bikes. Several restaurant options around and good breakfast buffet to start your day. Rooms were quite small and hot but it was some of the hottest weather during that time. Easy to get fresh towels without issue but had to request housekeeping. Hot tub and sauna area very well kept.

Overall it’s a decent hotel. Just warning that WiFi didn’t work at all in our room on third floor. Receptionist at the front desk basically told me ‘it is what it is’. Luckily I could use my network data in Sweden and it was a holiday not a work trip.

The breakfast was amazing! The gym, sauna, hot tub were all great. They provided early check in which I appreciate and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. This may have just been a one off but the room bathroom counter had not been cleaned. There was still hair shaving from the previous occupant. Overall great experience.

Rooms were size of shoe box, there was no place to store clothing, had to be left in case. Bed adequate but pillows very small and uncomfortable. Everything was great!

Everything was amazing. The only downside is that the hotel does not have air conditioning in the rooms. So during the hot summer months the rooms are hot and muggy.

Dubbelsängen bestod av två enkelsängar sängar som hade skjutits ihop. Det blev obekvämt. Vid incheckning fick vi ingen info om frukost m.m. På hotellrummet var det inte tysta rum så vi hörde grannen ovanför oss spela musik m.m. under hela vistelsen. Frukost måste även förbokas så fort som möjligt och du blir sedan avcheckad att du går in och äter din frukost på rätt tid.

Förbättring av rum sedan några år sedan när vi bodde där dock bodde vi nu i den "nya" delen denna gång mycket fin utsikt över Ullevi. Poolen var mycket varm ingen i familjen kunde doppa kroppen på grund av värmen. Var en annan familj där samtidigt som sa samma. Mycket bra med shuffleboard och fotbollsspel.

Dårlig rengjort.

Rommet så ikke ut til å være rengjort. Snusboks under skrivebordet og gulvet så ikke rengjort ut. Såpedispenser i dusjen var tom. Så denne var heller ikke sjekket av rengjøringspersonalet.

Bra läge och fördel att det finns separata sängar för barnen i familjerummen. Helt ok frukost. Väldigt trångt i parkeringsgaraget, svårt att parkera/köra ut om man har en större bil.

Trevligt hotell och vistelsen var överlag bra. Lite tråkigt att vi inte fick rum som önskat, detta pga. att städning inte var klart, kan tyckas lite märkligt. Restaurangen var även fullbokad som drog ner helheten. Frukosten var väldigt bra.
