Very clean hotel and the city is also is very clean. Highly recommend this hotel for location close to Chalmers university and located 30 minutes from the airport. The hotel staff was attentive to any requests and someone was there to greet you by a friendly staff member. Would return back to this location.

The location was great because my daughter attends Chalmers University which was less than 10 minutes by foot. Public transportation is close by to the hotel to access restaurants and local shops. The staff is always available and very helpful. Breakfast was available and there were plenty of options to choose from. The hotel rooms very clean and comfortable. Would go back if in the area again. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were lovely. The Hotel was clean. The room was very good. I really enjoyed the breakfast experience where the staff were very efficient. The only thing I didn't like was the loud sound of rain on the window sill. Overall it was excellent!

The rooms and hotel were clean, including spa and gym area. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options. surrounding area was convenient with bus stop right in front and a supermarket less than 5 minute walk away. Every single staff member I came across was super friendly and helpful. There was no pot or coffee/tea in the room, but I think they will loan it out at the front desk if you need it. If ever in Gothenburg again, would definitely be my first choice.

Ok oplevelse.

Vi bookede telefonisk og fik efterfølgende en mail med prisen. Da vi ankommer er prisen pludselig steget og til trods for jeg havde mailen, kunne receptionisten ikke ændre på det. Der var køjeseng på værelset. Loftet over køjesengen var løst, så der kunne ikke sove et barn i øverste køje. Man betaler for at parkere bilen et døgn, men den skal fjernes ved udtjekning. Så altså ikke et døgn. Morgenmaden var dog god. Der var virkelig mange og man stod i kø for et bord, men der er intet at sætte på maden. Den var god og frisk.

Första gången på hotellet. Personalen i receptionen är mycket vänlig och kunnig. Rummet var tyvärr lite av en besvikelse. Sängen var obekväm - var inte jämn - ihålig i mitten. Relaxrum och gym var rena och välutrustade. Frukosten var mycket trevlig och olika variation. Betygsätt 3 av 5.

Trevligt hotell

Väldigt skön säng och kudde, lite litet rum men det visste vi på förhand. Trevlig personal och god frukost. Extremt dåligt hiss-system då det enbart är 2 hissar per ställe på typ 14 våningar, vid frukosttid var det lååång väntan på hiss o när den kom var den oftast full o så fortsatte den stanna på alla våningar där någon tryckt utanför då den inte kan känna av att den är full så det är verkligen ett förbättringsområde men annars så var allt toppen!

Familjerum med utmärkt utsikt och bekvämt avstånd. Betyg dras ner då litet rum, TV funkade inte (fel), toadörr kärvade rejält, lister mm hängde och överslaf i våningssäng var så låg (ca 30cm) så inte ok att sova i. Mysig relax och ok frukost

Fint nyrenoverat hotellrum och trevlig personal. Supervarmt i frukostsalen nu på sommaren eftersom det är utformat lite som ett växthus, men frukosten var god! Dåliga kuddar men fick extra så det löste sig. I badrummet fanns en del hår kvar från tidigare gäst vilket var lite otrevligt, men i det stora hela var allt okej! Superbra att det gick att casta från telefon till tv.
