The hotel is very pleasant and comfortable, with clean and inviting public sitting areas. Breakfast is excellent, staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel location is excellent. The hotel has no elevator.

A lovely small hotel, well located, friendly helpful staff. Nice large room with casement windows and heated bathroom floor and towel rack! Great breakfast included in price. Very reasonable rates.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby sights and attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which we appreciated. However, the cleanliness and service in the room left something to be desired. Housekeeping only made the beds and did not replace our used coffee cups or restock the coffee and milk supplies. As a result, we were only able to make coffee in the room on the first of our three mornings—disappointing, especially as we were traveling with a baby and were up early each day. We also felt somewhat misled regarding the hotel’s accessibility. We were aware that there was no elevator, but we called ahead and were assured we’d get a room on the first floor and that there would only be a “small flight of stairs” to manage with our baby stroller. In reality, we were met with a large, circular staircase that was quite challenging to navigate. This made the stay far from convenient for a family with a small child. All in all, while the location and staff were positives, the lack of attention to room upkeep and the misleading information about accessibility made the stay less comfortable than we had hoped.

Fantastisk beliggenhed kombineret med en meget venlig velkomst giver max point hos os. Vi ankom en del før check-in tid men fik både parkering og adgang til rummet med en naturlighed som tyder på, at det ikke bare var en tilfældighed. Værelset var perfekt rent og alt var i orden. Morgenmad var af høj kvalitet. Der var simpelthen ikke noget at klage over. Vi kommer gerne igen og anbefaler til alle vi kender

Liegt total zentral - 100m von der Domkirche entfernt, trotzdem ruhig, Zimmer groß, Frühstück gut, 5 hoteleigene Parkplätze 20m entfernt. Rezeption beim Check-In nicht besetzt. Leider Resto geschlossen. Kein Aufzug - ALLE Zimmer sind NUR über eine steinerne Wendeltreppe zu erreichen!!! Zufahrt zu den Parkplätzen arg eng (2,10m).

Sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Man ist in nur wenigen Schritten „mitten im Geschehen“. Dennoch ist es im Zimmer sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer hat eine sehr gute Größe, ist sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist ok.

Greit, litt slitt, veldig sentralt hotell

Greit hotell, veldig bra og sentral beliggenhet. God frokost, hyggelig bakgård og fellesområder. Ikke så veldig koselig rom, ganske slitt, men greie senger, ganske rent og stort rom til prisen (familierom). Kjøkkenkrok med kokeplater, vannkoker og kjøleskap og det man trenger av tallerkener og glass osv. Der luktet sur røyk på natta, det hjalp å lufte, men mye støy fra en utvendig AC e.l. Ingen Av på rommet.
