This lovingly renovated, historic gabled townhouse is comfortably furnished and offers a wonderful setting for your holiday with the whole family. Make yourself comfortable in the cosy rooms after your excursions, the spacious sofa in the living room invites you to relax after an eventful day, or get your circulation going again with a game of table tennis after a good meal.



Spend pleasant hours in the garden of the house, the terrace is the ideal place for sunbathing or a delicious meal from the barbecue on a long summer evening.



You will spend your holiday in a central location and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. You can reach the city centre in about 20 minutes on foot. Walk, cycle and hike in the Änggårdsbergen nature reserve in the immediate vicinity of the house. The Gothenburg Botanical Garden is also close by, as are several beautiful playgrounds, Slottskogen Park and the Natural History Museum. You can reach beautiful swimming spots in just a few minutes by car.



Note: There is a two-room apartment in the basement, which is available to the owner's family for overnight stays. This is rare and guests will be informed in advance if necessary.
