"Pros: Gastgeber waren sehr nett und stets zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer gemütlich, der Aussenbereich abtrennbar, so dass man seine Ruhe hätte. Cons: Leider ist der Straßenverkehr an der Hauptstrasse sehr laut, sowie die Innenstadt wenige Geschäfte, aber einen Bäcker, der zu Fuss zu erreichen ist. Mit dem Hund innerhalb weniger Minuten an der Oker, der Weg ist sehr schön. Alle Ziele im Harz schnell zu erreichen, die Lage ist...

"Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles sehr moderner Standard. Cons: Das Ausladen des Autos war schwierig weil die "Kurzzeitparkplätze" vor der Tür dauer zugeparkt waren. Die Wohnung wurde erst nach 2 Tagen Dauerheizen richtig warm. Die Fernbedieung des Fernsehers war defekt. Die Servicebereitschaft der Verwaltung war überschaubar. Die Aussenanlage des Ferienparks machte einen ungepflegten Eindruck."
