"My husband and I were very pleased with the quiet and clean cabin. The weather was great for the month of May. We loved the screened in porch and the fact that we had kayaks to use right on the property. The only drawback was that you had to go to the sandbar for swimming as the cove was a bit marshy. We would definitely consider coming again."

"This property was as described. We enjoyed the outdoor seating on the porch with Baptist Pond just steps away. Appreciated the cooling fans in the living room and bedrooms, which did not get too hot during our summer stay. We didn't use the kayak or paddleboat, but one of us did swim in the pond for exercise. We also enjoyed breakfast and dinners out in nearby New London (good restaurants there!). Overall, a comfortable spot for friends to relax and connect."

"We wanted a very quiet, private house to celebrate Easter with my daughter. This was the perfect place.... This cabin sits on 250 acres of a private estate. The pond, hiking trails, a covered bridge, and an old stone structure just added to the appeal. Our chocolate Lab had a blast exploring. We drove only once to the grocery store for all our food supplies. The stores are a bit farther than expected. There is a large fully equipped kitchen to make all of our meals, including a prime rib...

"Perfect location for an Ascutney mountain bike vacation. Property had everything we could ask for (there were 7 of us) for apres. Plenty of room, 2 full bathes..the master suite was amazing. Fire pit got a workout ;)"

"We stayed in this really nice cabin for 3 days and it was great. The cabin looks relatively new, so everything was pristine. The bedrooms were comfortable and a good size. The kitchen was stocked well and very functional. We really enjoyed the game room above the garage. The location was great. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. It's very close to the southern end of Lake and Mt. Sunapee, so lots of outdoor activities. This would be a place we would return to."

"What a perfect spot. We had the best time relaxing and canoeing on the lake. The home was clean and so cozy with the wood stove running! Truly a perfect location for a couple's getaway, highly highly recommend."
