"We really enjoyed our stay at Admiral Cottage. The location is great. The Village is small and peacful, with a shop, post office, chip shop and a dog friendly pub that serves great beer and food and is only a 2 minute walk away. "This property had the basics, but hard to cook for 8 people with the kitchen tools provided. The beds were not very comfortable, but we all fit. The surfaces were all clean as long as you didn't look behind things. There was also a smell of damp that wasn't ideal. For what we paid, it did the job."

"My parents are buried in Horning, so Norfolk has lots of memories. I decided I wanted to celebrate my 60th in Winterton on Sea. We’ve stayed in various cottages in the area, but Larner’s Lodge was by far the best bungalow. We had to stay in the Fisherman’s Return on our first night, so took a sneaky peak at the outside of Larner’s Lodge later that day. Situated down a private driveway, set in a very pleasant location. "What a fantastic property. The owners have thought of everything. By far the best accommodation we have stayed in. The upside down layout makes the most of the beautiful location, with the views from both balconies fantastic. Restaurant needs more dog friendly tables
"We had a suite was large clean had both a kettle and a coffeemaker. Breakfast had a good choice but on our last morning they could have done with at least one more staff as hot food pastries run out and hot drinks machine run out of ingredients. As a dog friendly hotel it could make you more welcome area to eat in the restaurant. Eating a main meal for four adults with a child in a high chair and dog to only have the choice of a very small table in the entrance to the main restaurant is not acceptable. Perhaps they should remove the lovely leather sofas and chairs and put a variety of tables so that people with dogs can seat and eat at a table in comfort and not have other guests queuing round them. "
