"Loved the hotel and would definitely stay again. Couldn’t give 5 stars as a lot of little things during holiday needed sorting in room, but staff were lovely and worried everything straight away. The culinarium and escape room weren’t open which was a shame as two things we were looking forward too. We did three excursions through to get your guide and they showed us the area really well. "Clean room, friendly staff,nice beach view, Way to beach has lots of steps and difficult coming up for older or disable person. Galaxy outside room dirty due to bird nests, which is natural."

"The place is fantastic with one exception - the temperature control - or lack there of! Was told nicely by staff heating and cooling was controlled centrally and the whole hotel - or at least all the rooms could either be heated - so have warm air pumped into the room and temp was therefore between 25-27 degrees or could have cooling system switched on, but it need to be done at central level for the whole hotel - the thermostats in our rooms were basically decorative. Everything else was brilliant, food was great with lots of options, place was beautifully decorated, pool areas were plentiful and stylish, place was well equipped, staff were friendly - nothing but praise - apart for the lack of temperature control. "

"The hotel is very clean, has a great breakfast and staff is fantastic. The only thing I feel it’s missing is a gym. We also would have liked to used the saunas in the evening, but they close at 6pm. We also would have loved to be able to get snacks at the bar after dinner. Overall great stay and not too far to walk to restaurants and beach. "
