"Cute, rustic cottage vibes. You’ll have to drive into the town for more food options but if you like the quiet countryside, the lodges are a nice option. "
"Similar to other B&B chains in France. Rooms and amenities are clean amd well maintained. Don't have a fridge or hot water kettle in the room. Has the basics to serve as a place to sleep while you explore the area."
"Cheap and very basic. Handy to find somewhere for £60 a night that has a fridge, mini kitchen. Underground parking cost extra. Breakfast was basic, not much choice. Worst thing was that it’s right on top of railway lines and from about 5am onwards you hear a loud alarm going off (to warn of an oncoming train) followed by the thunderous noise of the train going past "
"All was good. Only breakfast was only based on starchesc sugar and dairies so very poor. They had no eggs or anything similar very simple to prepare "
"Our room was great and had a perfect view of the lake. The front desk person was friendly and helpful when we had questions. The nearby parking garage felt safe and was convenient. "

Zenitude Evian Les Terrasses du Lac, an Ascend Collection Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We really loved this place. The view over the lake was amazing, and staffs were friendly. Recommend if you are driving. 2 bedroom APT was spacious for 6 ppl (including 2 kids) You can't complain to stay in this place for this price. "
"The communication with the accommodation was bad, largely because it was in French only and I don't speak French. On the day of Arrival we had a difficult Day because our GPS failed and we couldn't locate the somewhat remote location. With the help of a dog walker and the local tourist information in Evian we eventually reached the Complex late. During this time we range the accommodation several times, but no one ever answered. Anyway, we checked in with a very kind and warm receptionist. The accommodation was adequate and good value for money; the location and day time views of Lac Leman were magical. Only the bed was a little uncomfortable due to the age of the mattress. The security deposit of 416 Australian Dllars seemed a little high for just 2 nights, and it took a week to be refunded. "
