The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

PLEASE set AC to 78 upon checkout. Set heat to 72 upon checkout. Take all trash out to trashcan located at bottom of outside steps. Clean out refridgerator all all food.

Place all dishes into dishwasher and start. Place all towels in bathroom floor. Leave bed linens on beds. Our cleaning crew will take care of the linens. Move all furniture back to original place.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

If more than eight guests stay overnight, a $50 charge will be applied per night per guest.

Parties are not permitted on the premises. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. No loud music outside after 10 pm. Please be respectful.

Any broken furniture or stained linens and/or furniture will be charged to the guest. Please treat our home like you would treat your own home.
