We felt right at home, my husband and I celebrated our 29th year anniversary. The Hot Tub was amazing. We enjoyed it our day. We had everything that we needed.

Stayed here for my birthday weekend and it was such a relaxing, good time. The host, Bobby, even left a sweet card on the counter - so thoughtful!! Loved taking a dip in the poop, the relaxing and unwinding in the hot tub. The deck was lovely and felt faily private despite neighbors being close. Literally walking distance to Lake Texoma with hiking trails and boat ramp. We enjoyed doing some antiquing in Gainsville and Whitesboro, and not far from a few casinos in OK if you want to go that route for entertainment. Would recommend for a weekend getaway for couple and small families and possibly stay again due to it's convenient proximity to things we enjoy.

Property was beautiful however the home had a water leak we spent our time there cleaning up water and washing towels. They did put us up in a studio cabin that had mold growing on cabinets. Our stay was over one grand and they refunded me 38 dollars!!! I kid you not!!! If you need pictures or videos of all the water we cleaned up. Or the A//C vent I laid on the bed then had to wash the sheets. I turned on lights upstairs which turn turned on ceiling fan on blew gunk all over upstairs room I will send pictures Just ask. Otherwise this was a beautiful home: the man did come out and tell us we could bathe in hot tub. Just so other renters know
