"The room was big, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The deck overlooking the river provided lovely views. The aircon was noisy. The lead on the coffee kettle could not reach the plug. I had to crawl under the desk and boil the water on the floor. It took about 5 minutes for hot water to reach the shower (which requires a degree in rocket science to figure out). The soap dispenser in the shower MIGHT be at a comfortable height for a person at least 2m tall, but for us normal...
