We loved that the staff were relaxed, and the atmosphere unpretentious whilst the food was exceptional quality. Zoe was very friendly. Reason why i didnt score it a 5 was due to disturbed sleep which i know cannot be helped by the owner but still affected us. Could hear snoring all night in the room next to us and people moving around in their rooms throughout the night I would have thought for a building of that age the...

Ever so slight improvement touches to bring it up to ultimate standard; bigger TV in lounge (could easily accommodate a 50”) and, because of the configuration of the bedroom, the only location for a TV would be in the bed footer (and they are available). If dining at the Twr y Felin maybe a transport service could be offered. It would not need to be permanent but that would make for a first class service."
