"Cute little boutique hotel. It is self check in, so no service desk when you check in. The owner/manager reached out several times during our stay and gave good directions for check in. However, during our stay there were several other couples who did not receive their check in info. The restaurant attached was extremely helpful. A suggestion would be to leave a phone number for guests to use in case this happens. Our stay was nice and we would stay there again!"

"Great, timely communication with the host. Our decision to visit Northport for a long weekend was last minute and we were pleased to find this cute, little cottage that was perfect for just the two of us. We enjoyed being able to take a nice, 10-minute walk into town to attend the annual "Uncaged" festival."

"The property is as advertised. Quaint, peaceful and located in a convenient location to get to Northport, Suttons Bay and TC. The host, Taylor, was very kind, responsive and understanding. He left us a thoughtful card and arrival present. He let us use his iron and ironing board after bringing it by himself and was understanding when we accidentally caused minor damage to something on the property and reported it to him. Very nice place and host."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in Northport. Nice location, great size house for our family of four and my in laws who utilized the first floor bedroom and bathroom space. We have stayed at this property before it was managed by Northland and it is nice to see they have kept the integrity/work done by the owner. The cleaning did seem a bit rushed but overall the property is a great place to walk into town, explore nearby beaches and have a vacation with “no agenda”."
