O lugar é incrível! O quarto maravilhoso e super confortavel. Os funcionarios super prestativos e agradaveis. Só acho que poderiam colocar uma smartv nos quartos e que o restaurante poderia funcionar para jantar todos os dias e nao apenas sexta e sabado.

Decepcionada

A pousada é uma graça, mas, em questão de limpeza o quarto deixou muito a desejar, tinha aranha e outros insetos no quarto e banheiro quando chegamos, além de estar precisando de uma reforma. A porta e as janelas com muitos vãos permitiam que entrassem bichos o que tornou nossa estadia bem desagradável. Quando ligava a hidro vinha um cheiro forte de esgoto e as luzes piscavam. O café da manhã deixou a desejar, poucas opções. O atendimento é ótimo e o pessoal prestativo, mas, não compensa o valor alto que pagamos.

Excelente pousada, especialmente para casais

No geral uma excelente pousada. Chlales muito confortáveis, com uma boa hidro. Ficamos no chalet numero 1, classificado como standart, mas excelente. Hidro, lareira central que funciona perfeitamente, roupas de cama de qualidade e ótimo banheiro. Excelente café da manha. Próximo ao rio, com 2 cachoeiras dentro da propriedade. Foi possível tomar banho em uma delas, apesar do alto volume de água das cachoeiras de Gonçalves no verão. Possui uma boa piscina aberta. Não é aquecida. Investimento em uma piscina semi aquecida poderia ser bom.

Experiência excelente para o casal

Ótimos chalés com vista para as montanhas ou para a cachoeira e o riacho que ficam na propriedade, trilha e cachoeira para se banhar dentro do hotel, cama aquecida e lareira no quarto, e para coroar um restaurante impecável servindo comidas excelentes. Todos foram muito atenciosos durante toda a estadia, inclusive auxiliando no dia em que o restaurante não funcionava. Não tenho do que reclamar.

Casa na Montanha

Incrível e uma delícia para desconectar. Cacheiras e trilha do hotel lindas. Limpeza impecável e chalé super confortável e enxoval muito bons. Lareira e o café da manhã no quarto uma delícia. Restaurante do Hotel também muito bom, comida deliciosa. Atendimento muito bom em todos lugares. Adoramos! Poderia ter calefação ou um aquecedor, mas tem lençol que esquenta que foi muito bom. Enfim, experiência nota 1000 e voltaríamos certeza!

Pousada cara para as condições da acomodação. Exemplo: 2 pisos dos banheiro soltos estavam soltos. Precisa de reforma urgente para cobrar esses valores. A limpeza também tem que melhorar. Os cantos estavam sujos. A uns bons anos atrás essa pousada deve ter sido top. Faltam cuidados.

No geral, muito bom!

Bem próximo à natureza, com instalações muito relaxantes e atendimento excelente. Únicos pormenores: o piso do nosso chalé (17) não estava devidamente calafetado, permitindo a entrada de alguns insetos no local, além de haver uma goteira próxima à chaminé. No entanto, o único inconveniente é a falta de privacidade em razão das proximidades dos chalés. Se você está na banheira, o chalé da frente está te olhando; se você está próximo à lareira suíça, o chalé do lado está te olhando. No geral, contudo, a experiência foi muito boa! Atendimento, ressalto, é excelente.
