A ten minute walk from the station. Very helpful staff. Room clean and reasonably well appointed. A comfortable bed and a good night's sleep. Van delivery to the supermarket across the road at 5.30 am onwards was a bit noisy at times. Breakfast was alright but choices a little limited. The staff again were very helpful.

Dear Guest, as per your rating, it seems your stay with us did not satisfy your expectations... it must be said that probably it refers to the fact that we could not extend you for free the use of the garage but as explained it was already fully booked that's why we kindly ask you to park your car outside. The hotel was only a 5-10 minute walk from the seafront and from the shopping streets and restaurants. There was also a handy supermarket just across the road! The reception staff and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a good selection for the buffet breakfast. We opted for the superior double room which had doors opening on to the hotel's terrace - very few people seemed to use it so it was almost like having a private outdoor space!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conviently located, a 4-5 minutes walk from the beach and across the street from a big supermarket. The rooftop terrace is perfect for a late night lunch with a very beautiful view.

Easy check in / out Wouldn’t recommend room on 5th floor as Lift only goes to 4 and you have to navigate the additional 20 steps with luggage. Reception did offer to assist. Had a superior room which was comfortable, clean and basic ( no kettle for tea and coffee) . Breakfast was great ,was impressed with the service and selection of foods. Rooftop provides stunning views . Would have enjoyed sitting out but no shade.

Good value — perfectly located
Such a great location and an excellent and kind staff. Hotel is a bit dated, which is ok, but the location is perfect. And so is the view from the rooftop. Close proximity to trains station and Rapollo is overlooked and underrated. We found it charming and more authentically Italian. My only complaint is the beds, be prepared for a firm mattress.

Wow! This was a fantastic option for our family of 4. Affordable, clean, and comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well. It is an older facility but we’ll maintained. The breakfast was lovely. Our kids loved the crossaint The hostess, Lucrezia, was so kind and informative and spoke perfect English. She deserves an applause! We would stay at this hotel again!

Friendly family owned hotel. Very helpful and good service and amazing shampoo and soap smell. Also fast and reliable Internet, which is very difficult to find in southern Italy.

Hotel Stella
Hotel Stella was a great last minute booking, the location is a 5 minute walk from the harbour. The roof terrace has beautiful views of Rapallo. The cleanliness of the rooms is great and the beds are very comfortable. Bring ear plugs, though! The rooms are very close together and noisy. Both nights I was kept up by other guests.

Basic property that did the job for a short trip. Check in experience was a bit gruff and not extremely welcoming. Small lift that was handy. Opposite a decent sized supermarket.

Located on a busy street, so it was very noisy at night! Breakfast service was weird with very limited selection (no self service). Gluten free bread was not available, just some cookies and crackers. On the positive side their roof terrace is lovely

Very nice hotel, super clean! Walking distance from all beautiful sites and across from super market. Terrace view was amazing! Staff super friendly and accommodating!

Memorable stay at Hotel Stella
I loved staying at Hotel Stella with my family. The room was very comfortable and clean, staff friendly and helpful and the location was great for walking around the town or driving to all the tourist attractions. We were supposed to only stay one night but extended our trip because we were so happy with the hotel and the great value.

Great Hotel and Resort
Great location, friendly helpful staff. It has a roof terrace which we used at the end of the day when a little cooler. Rapallo full of great restaurants and we saw a live band one evening.Will definitely return to both Rapallo and Hotel Stella.

Laundary is missing. Parking is very very limited. Small dark room without any view, I could see only a roof from my window. Rapallo was a huge construction zone. Beach line is separated from the peaple by the fence.

Very good location. Hotel staff are easy to approach and provide useful information. A very enjoyable stay in an excellent Hotel providing good accommodation for single travellers. A good varied selection of regional foods on offer for breakfast every morning.

Fantastic place to stay
Stayed at Hotel Stella for 3 nights. Great property, staff were excellent and very welcoming and helpful. Location was perfect and the breakfast was just right. Will definitely stay there again if in Rapallo.

Great hotel in ideal location
Great little hotel with wonderful staff. Nice room, high ceiling, good a/c and spacious. Good breakfast. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay in Rapallo and even got to see Samuel L Jackson when he was in town for the evening off his boat!! There is one big issue with Rapallo though... parking... There is virtually none available. We finally managed to find somone just pulling out of one about 10 min walk from. Handy supermarkets nearby

Nice quaint place
Very nice, quaint small hotel, well run boutique hotel by a small family. Great feel of small hotel, dont expect big luxury but it is clean and well located.

Excellent location for airport transfer and beach
Great location near the beach. Boat trip to Portofino recommended. Airport transfer to Genoa bus stop is 50 yards from hotel.
