The location is strategic as the property is located just few steps from all main services and shops (all Golfo Aranci best restaurants, many bars, the newspaper shop and the port) and not far from the Costa Smeralda – 20 km, Porto Rotondo – 10 km, Olbia – 18 km.
This modern apartment is located on the beautiful Terza Spiaggia beach, it has a fantastic view and is perfect for a couple.
The apartment has been fully furnished and it has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom ,living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, large terrace (with table and comfortable chairs ) and a private parking.

Moderne Wohnung in einer schönen Bucht

Helle zentrale und doch ruhige Wohnung mit einer grossen überdeckten Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht des Golfo Aranci. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Betreuung durch Katerina. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.
