The apartment’s location is one of the finest on the island, with the stunning Marinella Beach just a 7-minute walk from here. The sea is calm and shallow, making it suitable for families and activities such as snorkelling and swimming.

The closest restaurant and Marinella mooring for boats and yachts is a 5-minute drive away. For some glamour, the famous Porto Rotondo (with the stunning Spiaggia di Ira) and Porto Cervo, both are just a 10-20 minute drive from here. Additionally at Portisco, which is about 15 minutes in car, guests can marvel at the luxurious yachts and its picturesque harbour.

For self-catering, Olbia (20 minutes) is the ideal destination. Here you can explore vibrant farmers\' markets held three times a week. The Saturday market in Via Sangallo is particularly recommended. The Costa Smeralda Airport is about a 20-minute drive from this holiday home. Meanwhile, the Marinella Bus and Train terminal is a 4-minute drive.
