In the heart of Baia Caddinas lies the Mediterranean holiday home Villa Carmen with a beautiful garden. The 2-storey cottage has a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with a single bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate up to 6 people. It is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, dishwasher and satellite TV. The spacious garden has been beautifully-landscaped with hydrangeas, palm trees and native shrubs to provide for an absolute oasis of well-being. The covered terrace with a barbecue is perfect to spend unforgettable evenings with your loved ones. Start the morning with a hot cup of coffee or end an eventful day on the beach with a glass of full-bodied wine. A supermarket is 650 m or 8 minutes on foot from the property and a restaurant is 350 m away. The centre of Golfo Aranci is 1.6 km or 4 minutes by car away and offers a wider choice of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. The sandy beach Spiaggia di Baia Caddinas is 300 m or 4 minutes on foot from the property.

Eine Woche zu Pfingsten

Wir waren eine Woche mit der Familie dort und haben die Zeit dort genießen können. Der Platz war für vier Personen ausreichend. Die Betten sind gut und sauber. Fast alle Zimmer haben ein Moskitonetz an den Fenstern. Die Klimaanlage war eine große Hilfe. Im Garten findet man ein schattiges Plätzchen um auf der Liege zu liegen. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man einen kleinen Strand zu Fuß. Die Kommunikation vor Ort war schnell, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Es gab keine Probleme. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus gut weiter empfehlen.

Pros: Casa molto bella, dotata di tutto il necessario per una vacanza in famiglia. A disposizione una bellissima veranda con giardino, barbecue esterno e doccia esterna. Host Harj super disponibile, sia per check in, sia per info giornaliere su spiagge in base alle previsioni meteo, sia per indicazioni su ristoranti. Cons: Niente...

Fijn huis op fijne plek in Sardinië

Pros: Hary is een hele aardige gastheer en doet er alles aan om je verblijf zo soepel en fijn mogelijk te laten verlopen. Het is een fijn verblijf met een gezin dichtbij het strand en een centrum waar je heerlijk ijsjes kan eten of van een vers bord pasta kan genieten.

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage mit ein paar Besonderheiten

Pros: Gute Lage, nur 5 Minuten vom Strand, problemloses Parken, gut ausgestattete Küche, schöne Veranda mit netten Garten, sehr sauber, sehr entgegenkommender Vermieter. Cons: Weniger ein Problem, aber gut zu wissen: Zwei der drei Schlafräume sind auf einer Maisonette-artigen Galerie offen über dem Wohnzimmer. Das dritte Zimmer ist separat. Da das gesamte Haus allerdings von einer (sehr gut funktionierenden) Klimaanlage gekühlt wird, sind de facto alle drei Schlafräume offen. Bei ähnlichen Schlafbedarf kein Problem, ansonsten evtl. schwieriger…

Buona posizione e proprietario più che disponibie

Pros: La casa era pulita, giardino ben curato e il check-in è stato veloce e senza alcun tipo di problema. La posizione della casa è buona e vicina alle migliori spiaggie di Golfo Aranci.. Il proprietario ci ha accolti già al mattino e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni per visitare al meglio la zona ed è super disponibile per qualsiasi problema\necessità. Cons: Il soppalco, comprendente il letto matrimoniale e il letto ad una piazza e mezza è un pò scomodo e le due stanze hanno poca privacy.
