Bright Apartment "Villa Marconi 4" with Sea view, Private Terrace & Garden

This new apartment complex is located in the northeast of Olbia, in the fishing village Golfo Aranci. The modernly furnished apartment has an open living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom and can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning and satellite TV as well as a baby bed and a high chair. The shady terrace with an adjoining garden and lounge furniture invites you to relax outside.

The town centre of Golfo Aranci is only 1 km away and can be easily reached on foot. There you will find numerous shopping facilities and restaurants, bars and cafés. The nearest beach is only 500 m away.

Wir kommen gerne wieder…..

Pros: Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage. Der Check in / out ist problemlos, da das Hausmeister Ehepaar (sehr nett) im Haus wohnt. Erreichbarkeit und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist super, kümmert sich bei Fragen oder Problemen umgehend. Vielen Dank! Cons: Kleinigkeiten wie einen losen Toilettendeckel oder eine Duschtürdichtung könnte man bei Gelegenheit mal erneuern. Sind aber wie gesagt nur Kleinigkeiten…..
