"Cathy is fantastic to deal with and very responsive. The house was clean, the rooms are large, and the open concept layout is nice for families. The location to the beach is amazing; a less than 5-min walk and you are ON the beach. The heated pool is clean and a nice additional feature for family members who prefer the pool to the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the back patio when not at the beach. The location is walking distance to restaurants and some fun family outings like mini-golf and go-karts. A great place for families and Cathy is a fantastic host!"

"Great place to stay with Grandchildren! We enjoyed the swimming pool and putting green. Very clean and enough seating for lounging inside and out! The large dining table was great for dinner and games. It is an easy walk to the beach which we enjoyed. This place is very close to Cape Canaveral so you can be first in line to continue an incredible vacation with the family! Thank you! "
