"Great host and neighbors! Cozy home with many things for the baby and kids. Very convenient location! We came in late fall when the weather wasn’t as predictable but we were able to see gorgeous views - both of the Lake and Mountains. We loved Zermatt, Stresa, Our Lady of the Rock in Locarno, and a boat ride to the Borromeo Islands. Parking in the garage was quite difficult for us Americans but there is street parking available. "

"The single room was well-equipped with a desk, chair, lamp, tv, wardrobe and good sized bathroom. Bed was comfortable and extra pillow was appreciated. The hotel was quite warm for me but even in early November the weather was pleasant enough that I could open the window. Housekeeping, bar and breakfast staff were all very friendly."

"We had a great 3 night stay at this lovely, good value hotel. The room was spacious and clean with a balcony with a wonderful lake view. The breakfast included in the price offers a great choice of cold cut meats, cheeses, bread, jams and cereals. But what really made our stay memorable was the staff. The kind male owner was so friendly at check in, offering lots of literature and information for local restaurants, transport and events. And when we left to move to our next hotel in the next town of Stresa 15 minutes drive away, he had one of his team drive us there - what more can you ask of a hotel. We will be back. "
