"We were in Lugano for just one night for my partners birthday and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The staff were very kind and upgraded our room for the birthday celebration! We also were able to arrange a free shuttle to the train station when we left. Beautiful view from the room and other areas in the hotel. We didn’t get a chance to use them, but the wellness amenities seemed great as well. Would stay again! "

"The property is located on a major road that connects Switzerland to Italy. Border control is approximately 1km away. So most of the time is very busy but once inside the property not noticeable. Also benefits from a commuter train that travels into the very nice city of Lugano. The property from the front is disappointing, untidy and tired. But once you step through the door you are pleasantly surprised. A tidy and clean house with all the necessary facilities. Unfortunately no products for the washing machine, dishwasher. And a small amount of capsules for the coffee machine and washing up liquid. So be prepared to go shopping. The property is generally comfortable, wifi, plenty of , powerful shower and a pretty garden that has access to a lovely lake. Because the house is built into a slope be prepared for lots of walking up and down stairs. The property has a bbq but again be prepared to purchase your own briquettes. Plenty of garden space to eat and pets to roam. Check in is easy, just the same as other properties we have visited. We did have a small problem with washing machine. We tried the list of numbers that were provided but no representative answered our call. Eventually making our way through the list of telephone numbers our call was received and problem sorted. Although the property is located on a busy road and looks unhomely from the front inside is comfortable and the village/ town of caslano and surrounding areas are nice. "
