"This was the only hotel night on our 12-day long camping road trip, on night 9. The hotel itself was lovely, the room, for 2 adults and two children, was very spacious, better than I expected. When we arrived there was no one at the desk, but we called the number, they gave us a code to get the room key from a safe. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again if in the area."

"We stayed at the Rugs Hotel in Augsburg because it was convenient to the places we planned to visit. The train station was right there for going into Munich for Oktoberfest, and it was only a couple of hours' drive from Rothenburg ob der Tauber. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Our only complaint was that the gasket on our shower door did not keep the water from leaking out all over the bathroom floor. Hopefully, since we told them about it, they will fix it for the next guest."
