Fint hotell, men bråkete og kaotisk opphold.

Hotellet er bra med fint bassengområde. Vi hadde et stort og fint rom med gode senger, men alt for store og harde puter. Frokosten var greit, men frokostsalen var stor, bråkete og kaotisk. Det var underholdning med kjempe høy musikk hver kveld til ca. 23.30, og med rom mot bassenget skal du ha godt sovehjerte om du klarer å sove til støyen. Hotellet er en blanding av familie og partyhotell og det er trist å se foreldre som fester til langt på natt med små barn sovende på fanget. Bassengområdet er fint og “åpner” kl. 8, men du må være på plass før 8 og holde av solsenger om du skal få det. Første dagen fikk vi ikke solseng, og det var kjipt å se familier holdt av solsenger fra morgenen av og først dukket opp kl. 14.30. I perioder var det folk på kanskje 30% av solsengene, men alle var opptatt. Hotellet ser ikke ut til å bry seg om dette. I tillegg var det tydelig av familier av tilsatte som jobbet ved bassengområdet (som jeg antar ikke bodde på hotellet da de ikke hadde armbånd) kapret mange av de “beste” solsengene. Som familie med små barn, som ønsker en fin og avslappende ferie, hadde jeg ikke valgt dette hotellet igjen. Det var alt for mye folk, kaos og bråk til langt på natt. Det finnes helt sikkert bedre alternativer i dette området.

Overall, the property is wonderful, but the staff, particularly the receptionists, are not very friendly. The ladies seem reluctant to do their jobs; they either take an excessively long time to assist guests or, when they finally do help, they often get it wrong. This is my biggest complaint— the resort really needs to invest in friendlier staff. They are unhelpful and seem indifferent to any concerns you might have. Additionally, there was a dining area that was clearly overcrowded, yet they continued to serve breakfast, resulting in a wait of 40 to 50 minutes. You would think they would extend the breakfast hours to accommodate guests, but they did not. The service was just terrible. The customer service was very disappointing.

Friendly and helpful staff, Julian delivered exceptional customer service/leadership skills, he is the man to go to with any queries or enquiries. We Loved the indoor pool, jacuzzi and spa services. Large variety of buffet style meals, but my family preferred the a la carte dinner meals. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Je n’ai pas aimé mon séjour, la chambre première chambre était vieille pour un 5 étoiles. On m’a changé de chambre mais elle manquait aussi de rafraîchissement. La télé ne fonctionnait pas, le téléphone non plus pourtant j’en ai parlé mais rien n’a été fait. La nourriture du restaurant « à la carte » pas bonne. J’ai commandé un risotto qui n’était pas cuit, un des serveur a osé sous en entendre que parce que j’étais noire, je ne savais pas ce qu’était un risotto, ce qui est complètement inacceptable! J’ai eu droit à pas mal d’acte raciale. Bref ! J’ai détesté mon séjour.
