The hotel was lovely, clean and well maintained. The food was excellent. It was disappointing that the spa was not open during our stay. While the staff were helpful, a more welcoming and friendly approach-such as smiling by some of the staff would have enhanced the whole experience.

Very nice hotel. Good amenities. Food decent at the restaurant. Helpful staff. The only issue with the hotel is the parking garage. Lots of construction and poor lighting leading to a very uneasy feeling. Area does seem save.

Nice design and a good pool. However, the lighting in the bathroom didn’t work. Our family of five was given two separate rooms in different buildings. The breakfast service is chaotic — you have to wait in line for 15 minutes just to get a cup of coffee. The TV in the bedroom had been taken down, and the stove wasn’t connected. We wouldn’t return and do not recommend this place.

Pessima esperienza in questo Hotel. Appena arrivati in auto cerchiamo l'ingresso del parcheggio, ma non essendo segnalato, sbagliamo entrando in un accesso adibito al carico e scarico dell'hotel e veniamo aggrediti verbalmente da un uomo anziano senza capelli, che guidava un furgoncino bianco dell"hotel, che ci insulta gridando in albanese. Riusciamo a raggiungere il parcheggio giusto e alla reception riferiamo quanto accaduto, ci dicono che riferiranno al Manager dell'hotel, che nei successivi giorni non si fa vedere. Qui scopriamo che nonostante l'hotel si pubblicizzi come hotel con SPA e palestra, queste strutture non ci sono, ma si trovano a 10 minuti di automobile! La camera era bella e nuova, ma la TV non ha mai funzionato, nonostante la segnalazione fatta alla reception. Buono il cibo, ma anche se hai l'all inclusive dalle 22.00 paghi tutto al bar, inoltre, quando il bar interno all'hotel e quello in piscina sono entrambi aperti, devi per forza andare in quello in piscina se vuoi usufruire dell'all inclusive! Altra cosa negativa per avere i teli mare accettano solo cash, se non hai cash niente teli. Altra cosa fastidiosa è la carenza di informazioni, ad esempio dentro l'ascensore non è indicato dov'è il parcheggio o a che piano è la reception, così come nelle camere c'è il telefono, ma non è indicato il numero della Reception. Ancora, zona scivoli senza alcun controllo e bagnino solo in spiaggia. Mare non bello. Infine i dintorni dell'hotel sono squallidi. Sconsigliato
