"Damien and Niamh were amazing hosts, and the home is everything and more! Travelling with handicapped parents is never easy, but the two made my father-in-law's stay comfortable and simple -- Damien went so far as to build a temporary ramp on the back patio to allow the wheelchair easy access. "Come for the views, stay for the peace and quiet. If you're looking for the "Irish farm house feel" this is the one! Nestled deep in the countryside on a hill overlooking where Atlantic ocean meets ths Kenmare river. Walking into the house made feel like I was at my Grandparents home (in idaho). We loved it. "We stayed at Edens edge whilst we competed in the West Cork Rally. The Bungalow was perfect for our needs as 2 families with 2 small toddlers and 1 child. The best part of the stay was how equipped the house was. All the linen, towels etc you could need. Wash things, all the kitchen items plenty of pots and pans etc. The washer drier was a god send with young children and horrible wet weather. Lovely bathroom with large shower. Heating kept the place lovely and warm and water was always hot....

"The star of the lovely cottage is the scenery. After a drive down a long winding lane we were transported two hundred years into the past.
