"This property located within steps of downtown historic Prescott is wonderful if you like an fifties drive-in motor lodge vibe, super cute, super clean, super comfortable, and super convenient. This particular unit even came with it’s own parking garage which is great if you are on an extended roadtrip and leave a lot of stuff in your car. If you like, they offer self-checkin and checkout which was very simple and convenient. The units each have their own small patio for lounging or dining. ...

"Beautiful property! They still have the old elevator that needs to be operator by a person...so cool. Art Deco inside hotel, rooms & restaurant. Live music of one guy with a guitar on the patio from 5-8pm was wonderful and they served food & drinks out there. Rooms were comfortable and nice. This was my first time staying there but I'll definitely stay there again! 5*****"
"A very new and clean one bedroom, one bath apartment, above the garage of a beautiful home in the Prescott, AZ pines. Has a great view from the deck. We enjoyed the cool weather playing pickle ball at Pioneer Park, visited Whiskey Row downtown, golfed 9 holes in Dewey, AZ & had some great meals at Gurley Street Grill & Marino's Mob (highly recommend both). Lori was a great host and even supplied some decaf coffee at my request."
"Great time with family, enjoyed fishing at Goldwater, very peaceful a lot of wildlife, deer, turkeys and Javelina. Glad there were a couple of A/C units."
"Quite neighborhood, lovely deck to enjoy morning coffee and evening appetizers/dinner. Enjoyed viewing deer and havilenas from the deck. Great kitchen/open area."

"It was graduation weekend for us. It was perfect. Most meals we were 10. However, after graduation, we had 20. Used the grill for hamburgers and brats. No problems at all. Everyone had an incredible time. Ate every meal at the house. Saved a fortune by not having to go out for meals."

"Something for everyone and plenty of room. Great location with lake, food and downtown all close. Hot tub under the pine trees was amazing and grill on the deck just outside of the dining room was great. Kids loved the game room, toys and yard. Thoughtful baby gates and play area. Would love to come back again."
